The Pizza Factory Team Leader helps oversee daily kitchen operations and helps in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key duties include supervising staff during shifts, ensuring food safety and cleanliness, monitoring inventory and restocking supplies, organizing food prep and storage, and providing training and coaching for team members. This role also assists with shift planning, enforcing policies, and ensuring every order meets The Factory’s quality standards.
