Job Title: Screen Printer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Screen Printer to join our team. The Screen Printer will be responsible for setting up and operating screen-printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on garments and other materials. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate screen printing machines

  • Prepare screens, mix inks, and load materials for printing

  • Ensure accurate placement and alignment of designs using precise measurements

  • Monitor print quality and adjust as needed

  • Clean and maintain screens, equipment, and work area

  • Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

  • Assist with pre-production and post-production tasks as necessary

  • Maintain inventory of supplies and report low stock levels

  • Adhere to safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Previous screen-printing experience is a plus, but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Comfortable working with precision measurements and alignment tools

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

 

Work Environment:

  • Warehouse or production facility setting

  • Temperatures may vary — work areas can be warm in the summer and cooler in the winter

  • Must be comfortable standing on feet for long periods of time

  • Exposure to inks, cleaning solvents, and production equipment

  • Some repetitive tasks and moderate physical activity required

Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at GruntWorx. In this role, you will support our sales and renewal teams by driving customer engagement, managing outreach campaigns, and maintaining data entry. You will also serve as the voice of GruntWorx to our clients—ensuring a seamless and positive experience with our products from first contact to onboarding.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both analytical and customer-facing tasks. You’ll play a key role in educating users, promoting product adoption, and building long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Customer Development Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Outreach & Qualification

    • Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads.

    • Track and report weekly outreach metrics (e.g., calls, emails) against targets.

  • Campaign Managemen

    • ​Execute follow-up campaigns targeted customers (target: 50/day)

    • Promote upsell opportunities with targeted customers.

  • Customer Data Management

    • Maintain and update call lists and customer tracking spreadsheets (e.g., renewal lists, closed-won accounts).

    • Monitor and update customer data in CRM.

  • Testimonial & Feedback Collection

    • Track and manage customer testimonials and feedback across various campaign lists.

    • Coordinate with marketing to ensure testimonial data is integrated into broader campaigns.

  • Documentation & Reporting

    • Create and maintain evaluation documentation for internal reporting and campaign tracking.

    • Provide weekly updates on progress and completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or engagement, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with communicating with customers.

  • Familiarity with outbound calling campaigns and voicemail strategies.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software tools.

 

$16.00/hour – 40 hours per week
