Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Partner Manager to lead and grow our API-based
partnerships. This role will manage the day-to-day operations of partner relationships, ensure
alignment with revenue share agreements, and drive measurable growth through joint initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for API-integrated partners
• Oversee onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support for partner teams.
• Coordinate technical and operational aspects of API usage and integration.
Revenue Growth & Strategy
• Own revenue targets for partner channels and report on performance.
• Develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within partner ecosystems.
Contract & Compliance Oversight
• Monitor and manage revenue share agreements, including commission structures and
renewal timelines.
• Ensure partner activities align with contractual obligations and data security standards.
Marketing & Enablement
• Collaborate on joint marketing efforts such as webinars, newsletters, and trade shows.
• Create partner enablement materials including product guides, FAQs, and training decks.
Reporting & Forecasting
• Provide regular updates to leadership on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue
forecasts.
• Maintain CRM records and dashboards to track partner engagement and deal flow.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Proven success in managing revenue-generating partnerships.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, API integrations, and software ecosystems.

Position Summary
GruntWorx is seeking a versatile API Integration Engineer to lead and support the development of secure, scalable integrations with external platforms and internal systems. This role combines backend development with IT operations support, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys bridging software engineering with infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities

API Integration & Development
· Design and implement RESTful API integrations with third-party platforms and internal services
· Manage authentication flows (OAuth2, token-based access) and secure data exchange
· Build and maintain connectors and automation workflows to support business operations
· Collaborate with internal teams to define integration requirements and deliver solutions

Backend Engineering
· Develop backend services using shell scripting and Perl, Java, or C++
· Maintain and optimize applications in a Linux (Ubuntu) environment
· Write and maintain SQL queries and procedures (PostgreSQL preferred)
· Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

IT Operations Support
· Manage and monitor internal servers, network configurations, and system health
· Support user account provisioning, access control, and credential management
